Our range of flexible waterproof lining products includes lining solutions for virtually any scheme, from small garden pond, ornamental lake, water garden, cascade, stream, storage lagoon, run-off reservoir ...the list is endless. Our comprehensive range offers a choice of materials from in-expensive PVC POND LINER up to the extremely tough FIRESTONE 1mm EPDM RUBBER, including of course the very popular Swedish VARNAMO BUTYL RUBBER.

Our unique fabrication technique enables us to fabricate BUTYL liners from 1m x 1m up to 45m x 40m, in house. We can supply single factory seamed sheets up to 1,800 sq.m.

We always insist that an underlay felt is used beneath a flexible liner to protect it from puncture by sharp stones etc. Other methods for protecting a flexible liner are often used, including a layer of sand, but we do not supply these materials. We supply a needle punched, non-woven 250gsm polyester underlay felt. This material is available from Gordon Low as a 2m wide strip and we generally supply it as a 30.5m (100ft) roll, re-rolled on a 0.8m wide core to suit our roll stand. Remember to allow for a minimum 10cm - 20cm overlap per strip when calculating your underlay sheet size.

We can also fabricate box-welded Butyl liners for formal ponds and potable water storage, all we require is a detailed sketch with precise dimensions of the excavation or storage vessel to be lined.

Gordon Low Water Tank Kits are the ideal solution for potable and non-potable water storage. They are economical, permanent containers with capacities up to 200,000 litres. Easy to transport and erect, Gordon Low Steel Water Tanks provide a flexible contingency for changing requirements and emergencies. We also supply replacement Tank Liners in various grades of rubber to fit existing tank installations.

The 1.0 mm thick Firestone EPDM Geomembrane is specifically designed for decorative pond applications. Because of its specific formulation and production process, the Firestone Pond Liner membrane, as are all of our products, guaranteed to be compatible with aquatic life in accordance with testing reports published by the Water Research Centre in the UK.
